As a Licensed Professional Counselor with more than 15 years of experience, I provide compassionate counseling to individuals, couples, and families throughout “The Caldwells” — Caldwell, West Caldwell and North Caldwell, known for their welcoming neighborhoods, family values, and strong professional lives. I help clients gain wisdom, find emotional and spiritual healing, and develop practical tools for navigating life's challenges. My approach to counseling is rooted in Biblical truth and the power of the gospel, and incorporates evidence-based approaches, such as the Gottman Method for couples counseling. In doing so I seek to care for the whole person—heart, mind, body, and soul.
My desire is to provide a warm, supportive, and grace-filled environment where you feel genuinely heard, respected, and understood, whether we meet at my office or online.
